If I had muscled my way to the counter, it would not have been appreciated by others in the line. Went up to the counter to get the pizza at 20 minutes, and because of the line, ended up waiting another 5 minutes. We were asked to move to another unoccupied one later on. After awhile of that, a table opened up, so we sat down. Also, the bustling, unhappy looking waitstaff has to crawl around you with trays of food no matter where you stand. It’s a very small restaurant, and there was quite a queue just to pay and pick up. We were told to either stand (in a busy restaurant with barely enough room for wait staff to scurry around) or “find a seat” and wait. They only began baking it after our arrival. When we arrived, after standing in a long line for several minutes, the counter guy collected the money, and then only at that point told me it would be “another 20 minutes.” Apparently, our pizza had been constructed, then just set aside without having been baked. Was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. We called in advance to place an order for pickup. Unfortunately, what awaited us was a deplorable experience in both service and food. Saw Tower of Pizza in a brochure and decided to try it. We arrived for our week’s vacation in the late afternoon and were too tired to shop and cook, miso we decided to go out for pizza.
